Do you offer Free Estimates?

Yes. We offer a complimentary in-home consultation to discuss your vision, measure your space, and explore options that fit your priorities and budget. From there, we prepare a proposal outlining the scope and investment needed to bring your vision to life.

Neo Concept starts by understanding your vision, priorities, and budget. During your in-home consultation, we measure your space and discuss how you want it to look, feel, and function. Then we walk you through refining the scope and selecting materials that bring it all together. Once you approve our proposal, we coordinate ordering, scheduling, and installation, keeping you informed every step of the way. Upon completion of your project, we finish with a walkthrough to make sure the details are as you envisioned and you have a space you’ll love.

Timing depends on the flooring you choose, the size of your space, any specialty installation patterns, and the preparation needed. Many installations take just a few days; larger projects or those requiring subfloor repairs or extensive preparation can take longer. With materials available and an opening in our schedule, some projects can go from the initial meeting to completed installation in as little as two weeks. We discuss the expected timeline before scheduling so you can plan around the work and know what to expect in your home. Depending on material availability and project scope, Neo Concept can move from your initial meeting to completed installation in as little as two weeks.

If your project needs more time than expected, we explain what’s causing the delay, how it affects the remaining work, and the revised timeline. If we uncover conditions requiring unexpected repairs, we discuss the additional work, cost, and scheduling impact with you and obtain your approval before proceeding. We coordinate the next steps to minimize disruption and keep you informed through completion. Your schedule matters, and so does getting every detail right in a space you’ll live with every day.

A renovation refreshes what’s already there—such as new flooring, updated finishes, or replacement fixtures. A remodel changes how a space is laid out or functions, such as moving walls or reconfiguring a kitchen or bathroom. Your project may combine both. Neo Concept helps you define the scope around your vision and how you want your home to look, feel, and function, creating a space you’ll love.

At a Neo Concept consultation, the team meets you in your home or at the showroom (can also be virtual), reviews your space and goals, measures, and helps you compare products. You then get a detailed estimate and agree on an installation schedule.

You can choose to have us move and reset your furniture or handle it yourself. We discuss your preference during the in-home consultation and include any agreed moving in the scope of your project. Before work begins, we ask you to remove personal belongings and delicate or valuable items, including computers, artwork, and antiques, from the work area. For oversized or specialty pieces, we’ll plan any additional arrangements with you in advance so you know exactly what and when to prepare.

Yes—quality luxury vinyl plank (LVP) can be a practical choice for bathroom floors. The right product can offer a warmer, softer feel underfoot, impressive textures and no grout to clean. Many products have a waterproof core, but proper installation still matters: water can reach the subfloor around edges and fixtures. We help you select a product suited to your bathroom and your vision.

Your flooring investment depends on the material you choose, the size of your space, installation patterns, and any removal or preparation needed. If you know your approximate square footage and preferred product or collection tier, we can provide a preliminary price range to help you plan. During your complimentary in-home consultation, we confirm measurements and discuss your vision and budget. We then provide a proposal covering the complete agreed scope, so you know the total investment before scheduling begins.
